Intergalactic Fly-Fishing is my first novel. I suppose I should really call it a novella since it is too short to be a novel. But then, it is a bit too long to be a novella… so perhaps we should settle on short novel.
Ok.
So. Intergalactic Fly-Fishing is my first short novel.
It is a fun little book about friendship, love, longing and happiness. Parts of it are illustrated. Most of it isn’t. Oh – and there are some aliens. That’s probably an important detail…
If you like slightly odd-ball short books about people trying to find meaning in what they do, whilst being observed by aliens… then this is definitely the book for you – and I hope that you enjoy it.

The blurb
It is an unremarkable day when Lucy heads off to her unremarkable job. That is, until something quite extraordinary happens. Aliens are on a routine expedition to chart Earth’s progress. They cast their line which, quite by happenstance, lands upon Lucy. Will their observations lead them to understand these odd human beings? Or will they fail to understand anything at all…
