Formatting

Formatting is a pretty big issue for me with this book.  I have formatted heavily in Word, but now I’m thinking about how this would translate in an e-book, and what I need to do to retain the formatting.

I mean – how do you make this work on an e-reader:

concretewriting?

I’m looking into the ‘fixed layout book’ to try and work this one out.

It does raise some interesting questions when considering writing and what I might be willing to cut.  In other words, it’s making me question just how important all the weird formatting is.  I still feel that it’s a core feature of the book, so I don’t think I made these choices to play into the fun of the gimmick.  I just need to make them work in the digital forum.  That’s probably easy isn’t it?  Can’t be much to it.  Can there?

I can't believe I'm admitting this after years of disproving so-called 'sightings'. But the fae are real. They're real and they're here and they're going to banish humanity from the planet! Unless we can show them that we will care for the planet... please, help me save the world: https://storytrails.co.uk/waking-wakefield/
